Breastfeeding Class
Alisa King, APRN, CNM, CLC, is teaching an informational class* about breastfeeding and hand expression for current patients in their third trimester. It's FREE for patients of our Nacogdoches, Lufkin or Rusk offices. No RSVP is required.

What is Hand Expression?
Hand expression is a gentle, effective way to collect your breast milk before and after your baby's arrival. Learning this skill can help build confidence, support breastfeeding, and prepare you for your breastfeeding journey.
